Details of Styles & Materials

Our custom pendants featuring kids' hand-drawings are divided into two tiers: PREMIUM and LUXURY. The two tiers differ in craftsmanship, materials, color options, and prices. Specific details are as follows:

PREMIUM Tier: Crafted from titanium steel, it is available in only three color options—gold, titanium steel natural finish (with a natural texture), and rose gold.
LUXURY Tier: Offers three style options—925 sterling silver (solid color), 925 sterling silver inlaid with three-color enamel paint, and 18K gold inlaid with five-color enamel paint. Prices vary depending on the craftsmanship.

Shipping and Returns

This is a Handmade Custom Product
Your custom pendant will be crafted and shipped within 2 weeks. The estimated shipping timelines by region are as follows:

For North America: Maximum delivery time is approximately 20 days from the date of shipment.

For Europe: Average delivery time is within around 30 days.

For Northern Europe: Due to weather conditions, average delivery time is within 30 days, with a maximum of 45 days.

Customization Notes
All custom products require production lead time. A preview proof of your custom product will be sent to you via email within 1-3 working days.

We will start the production process within 48 hours after receiving your confirmation and approval of the proof.

Return & Exchange Policy
Since all orders are exclusive custom-made items with a one-of-a-kind design for each piece, we do not temporarily support regular returns or exchanges. However, we promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee: we will contact you to confirm and verify whether the product meets your requirements before shipping. If you have any modification requests, we will make the necessary adjustments and complete the production before shipment until the product meets your expectations.

Instructions Regarding Shipping Fees

Enjoy free shipping when your order totals $55 or more! (Note: We cover up to 30% of the product value as shipping costs. If the actual shipping fee exceeds this limit, you only need to pay the difference. We will do our best to reduce the supplementary amount for you to ease your payment pressure.)

Warm reminder: For large-sized printed product packages in 28”×40” and 35”×48” specifications, additional shipping fees will be charged due to their large size. Please contact customer service to confirm the specific fee.

How long will I probably need to wait to receive the package?

Better paper options

We have carefully selected two premium paper options for you: 420g Acid-Free Pure Cotton Art Canvas and 315g Acid-Free Smooth Cotton Paper, with no extra charge for either. Both papers feature acid-free properties and pure cotton texture, which can effectively prevent yellowing and brittleness during long-term storage. They not only make the works more durable but also endow them with long-lasting collection value. Whether you are printing commemorative images or creating artistic works, they can better preserve the texture of the image.

Beyond dogs and cats, can you also draw other animals?

Absolutely! While dogs and cats top our list of most requested subjects, our artists excel at creating animal portraits of all kinds—be it a graceful horse, a vibrant bird, a fluffy rabbit, a unique reptile, or even more exotic creatures. If it’s your beloved pet, we can bring it to life on paper!

A Surprise for Kids, Perfect in Details and Speed!

I wanted to give my child a special surprise, so I customized this painting pendant. I chose the rose gold color, and the texture of the actual product is amazing! The edges of the metal are so smoothly polished that I don't have to worry about it scratching my child's neck at all. What surprised me the most is that the delivery was incredibly fast! From placing the order to receiving the package, it was much quicker than I expected. The details of the painting are restored so vividly that even the little hearts my child scribbled are perfectly presented. My child is so happy and keeps showing it off to friends. It's definitely worth every penny!
